Grounding
Grounding can be done in many ways. Do an opening prayer. Ask only that white light and love come through you. Visualize yourself surrounded by the Sacred Violet flame. Visualize the Earth beneath your feet and a grounding cord connecting you to the Earth. Direct your awareness down going through each layer of the Earth. Start by connecting to the Earth. If you are in a building, go through the building. Go through the grass, the snow, the soil, deeper and deeper. Perhaps you go through water, more layers of Earth, molten lava, etc. Continue until you felt the magnetic core of the Earth. Stay there until you feel a strong connection.
Opening prayer, Sit in lotus posture, or sit with your legs crossed. See yourself as a mountain. Feel your sits bones connected to the ground. Meditate on becoming a mountain. Focus on your third eye.
All physical exercises, especially walking, especially in nature is very grounding. Hatha yoga is excellent for grounding, as is kundalini yoga depending on your Ayurvedic constitution.
Drinking water is grounding, as is taking a shower or a bath.
Specific food such as ginger, root vegetables, heavier Earth based food. If ever your energy is extraordinarily high and you feel it is an emergency, eating meat will slow down your spiritual energy. Try teas with grounding herbs. Experiment with grounding stones such as hematite, or grounding essences such as any of the wood oriented scents. Also, try out using grounding as intention in any of your spiritual practices. I recommend using rescue remedy, particularly if it is heavy emotions that are making you ungrounded.
If you feel you are very far out of your body, call your spirit back into your body. Do this with love and power, coming strongly by sending your energy up and out of your throat chakra. Do this until you feel yourself settling down.
Grounding has different levels, and to come in and stay in your body it can actually take years of intention, depending on your past habits and other factors. For example, it can be challenging with people with pain disorders to live in their bodies.
Grounding: What does grounding really mean? Do you ever wonder how you take these esoteric energy exercise and make them practical? Do you receive lots of spiritual information but have trouble bringing it into reality? 1. Write it down and break it into steps. Maybe you receive a big chunk in your upper chakras and have trouble digesting it in your lower chakras and bringing it into reality. So prioritize and break it into steps. Even if others are demanding a lot from you, set boundaries and you can laser focus on one thing at a time. You will be more productive then trying to work on many projects at the same time.
What does it mean to clear the chakras? After I do these exercises, what changes will I see in my life?
The clearer you are, the more sensitive you will become. This means that your energy channels are wide open and you will feel the effects of what you process more. This includes what you eat mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. On a mental level you will be affected by what you listen to, watch such as TV channels, read, etc. On an emotional level check to see what emotions from other people you are processing as your own. On a physical level you are more sensitive to what you eat. A little sugar will go a long way. Keep this in mind as you are clearing intoxicants from your life.
Forgiveness
All people are really just images and thoughts in our minds of who these people are. They performed certain actions, and these are only moments of their lives. It’s the same with children. The behavior may be harmful or ‘bad’ but the child is not ‘bad’. In Buddhism there is the idea that everyone and everything is changing at every moment. As Gandhi says, the only demons we have are those in our own hearts. Our anger or other toxic emotions hurts those around us, including our loved ones. Anger also hurts the world, but mostly it hurts oneself.
I often simply hold my heart and send loving energy towards the person I need to forgive, even if that person is myself. Often we think that we are angry at another, but really that anger is coming from the inside and we are simply projecting it onto another person. Forgiving the person creates space to let the person go from the past situation, and create healing for the situation. This is a much more profound and important exercise then you might think. When you carry walls of anger in your heart, you are actually keeping yourself from feeling love. Feeling angry about the situation does not help to resolve it, or to have revenge on the other person.

Exercise One:
Metta (Loving-Kindness) Meditation
- May I be safe
- May I be healthy
- May I be happy
- May I live my life with ease
- May I be liberated
Picture the energy coming form within and being sent out the top of your head. Say the sentence internally and then wait for energy to build up behind it. Give time and space between each sentence.
Start with yourself. You can also send Metta to loved ones, people who you have a neutral relationship with, as well as people you have had conflict with. The more you meditate, the subtler your mind will become and the more effective your meditation will be.
Try Categories:
- To all mothers daughters, sisters, aunts, grandmothers, nieces, all women
- To all friends, past, present and future
- To all police officers
Exercise Two:
1. See everyone as audience in front of you;
- Forgive
- Harmonize with energy field
- Cut ties
- Clear past lives
2. clear chakras connect chakras, balance and pull energy in
3. seal holes in aura
- Fill holes with white light or with sparkles or pink or turquoise or anything you can imagine or are inspired to do
4. clear the space that you live in
- Put up protection
- Harmonize with the energy fields of those around you
Clearing
Exercise One:
My favorite-
Spinning and dancing. Spinning clockwise releases negative energy and speeds up the charkas. Dancing shakes of negative energy and releases energy blocks.
Kundalini yoga exercise: Lions face. Stick tongue out as far as possible and say ahhhhhhh.
Do an energy scan. I like to do my in salt baths.
Daily clear yourself of fear and doubt.
Strength your aura by doing practices such as Reiki, yoga and meditation.
Keep from weakening your aura. Do your best to eliminate as many toxins as possible on all levels, mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.
When you clear energetically, make sure to clear chakras above and below you, not just the basic seen. You need to clear on psychic planes, not just mental, emotional, physical. Use your intention to go through the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. Try bathing yourself in the Sacred Flame of Saint Germaine.
Clearing can also be done by detoxing physically through juicing and fasting.
If you are tired, this could be because of stuck energy, or energy blocks. Try dancing for five minutes and see if there is a change. This is also very grounding.
